Terms of conditions of sale - L'Atelier Ski & Bike

I ACKNOWLEDGE that I am renting equipment from L’Atelier Les Gets.
I WILL RETURN the equipment on time and in the state it was at the time of signing this agreement. I recognize that it is essential that I wash any bikes I have rented.
I AM SOLELY AND PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE for all equipment for the duration of rental period.
AT THE END OF THE RENTAL PERIOD, if any equipment is damaged or not returned, I recognize that L’Atelier Les Gets reserve the right to charge me the following sums : PARTS (purchase price + taxes + working force) / BIKE NOT RETURNED (retail price taxes included).
